In short
Your Minecraft worlds stay on your device unless you choose to share them. Plug Toolbox has no ads, trackers, analytics or account system, and it does not upload your worlds to us. If you choose to email us or open an outside website, that service receives what you choose to send and the normal information needed to make the connection.

Plug Toolbox for Minecraft is operated by Innovative Developers LTD (“Innovative Developers”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09011626. Information kept on your device
The editor's normal operation is local. Selected and imported worlds, recovery backups, recently deleted copies, temporary exports, the folder-access bookmark, review-prompt eligibility, catalogue/help data and settings stay on your device. Plug Toolbox does not provide cloud sync. You control world files through Minecraft, Plug Toolbox and Files. Disconnecting the Minecraft folder removes the saved access bookmark; deleting local worlds/backups or removing the app removes the corresponding app-held data, subject to any copies you placed elsewhere.
Third-party services and links
Apple's document picker and share sheet handle folders and destinations that you explicitly choose. Apple's StoreKit may show its system review prompt after repeated successful use, and the permanent Rate Plug Toolbox action opens the app's App Store review page. Plug Toolbox does not receive your Apple account, rating or review. The app includes local open-source libraries for LevelDB and zip files; they have no network feature and receive no data. Minecraft is separate software, sold and operated by Microsoft/Mojang.
The world dashboard may request a small app-collection catalogue from our website. It sends no world data, player name, account identifier, advertising identifier or analytics identifier, and any invalid or unavailable response is ignored. Privacy and Terms first show the copy included with the app and then check our website for the current version; More Plug Apps opens in the same secure web container. External community links may open in a Safari view or browser, and support email opens in your mail app. They may include our website, Apple services, Discord, X and Facebook. Those providers apply their own privacy terms. Our public pages use Cloudflare for delivery and protection. We do not embed these providers' SDKs, sign you in to them, or send them your Minecraft data.
Legal bases
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we process a support request because you asked us to respond and, where necessary, because of our legitimate interests in supporting and securing the app. We may retain limited records to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The app's core save-file processing occurs locally under your control and is not received by us.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you delete it, disconnect access where applicable, reset app data or remove the app. Copies sent to a destination you choose are controlled there. For information you sent to support, ask us to delete it by emailing the address below. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably needed for the support purpose, security, disputes or a legal requirement.
Security
Keeping editing local limits exposure. iOS sandboxing and user-granted file access protect app data, but no system is completely secure; keep your own world backups and protect your device. Public-page traffic is protected with HTTPS and Cloudflare. Nginx origin access logs rotate daily and retain 14 rotations, except that origin access logging is disabled for the exact app-collection catalogue endpoint.
International transfers
If you contact us or open an external service, its mail, hosting or security providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards and terms. Cloudflare explains its international processing and safeguards in its privacy policy.
Your rights and choices
You can inspect, edit, copy and delete local worlds yourself. You can disconnect the linked Minecraft folder in the app. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of personal information, or receive a portable copy. Email support@innovative-devs.com and mention that your message is a Plug Toolbox privacy request. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
For younger players: your worlds stay on your device and we do not show ads or follow what you do. Ask a parent or guardian before emailing us, sharing a world or opening a community/social link. We do not knowingly ask children for personal information in the app. If a parent or guardian believes a child sent us personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes materially. If a future app version adds a service that changes what leaves the device, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy information before or with that release.
