Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms of Use are between you and Innovative Developers LTD (“Innovative Developers”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09011626. Our registered office is Oakingham House, Frederick Place, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England, HP11 1JU. They apply when you download or use Plug Toolbox for Minecraft (“Plug Toolbox” or the “app”). By using the app, you agree to them. If you are not old enough to agree to app terms where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to remove.

What the app does

Plug Toolbox is a local toolbox for inspecting, copying and editing compatible Minecraft Bedrock world-save data, including selected world, player, inventory and NBT values. Minecraft is separate software and is not included; it must be obtained separately. Some worlds, fields or item states may be protected, unknown, experimental or changed by a Minecraft update.

Licence and permitted use

Subject to these terms and the applicable App Store licence rules, Innovative Developers grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may use it with worlds you own or are authorised to edit. You may not resell, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Your responsibilities and backups

World editing can change or corrupt save data. Close Minecraft before applying changes, review the change cart, keep sufficient device storage, and test important changes on a duplicate. Plug Toolbox creates safety backups for supported write operations, but you remain responsible for keeping independent backups and checking the result in Minecraft. Do not assume a backup covers changes made by other apps, cloud providers or manual file operations.

Acceptable use, multiplayer and servers

Use the app lawfully and only with data you are entitled to modify. Do not use it to access another person's files, bypass copy protection or paid content, distribute infringing material, disrupt a service, evade a ban, deceive other players, or break the rules of a multiplayer server, realm, competition, platform or game provider. A technically possible edit is not permission to use it online. Server operators and Microsoft/Mojang may reject, reset or act on modified content.

Purchases

If you obtain the app through Apple's App Store, Apple processes the transaction, refunds and related purchase records under Apple's terms. Plug Toolbox 3.00 contains no in-app subscriptions, consumable credits or advertising. We do not receive your payment-card details. Any future paid feature will be described before purchase and will require updated terms where appropriate.

Compatibility, updates and availability

We test against identified Minecraft versions, but do not promise that every past, current or future world, item, add-on, platform or Minecraft release will work. A newer-world warning does not guarantee incompatibility or compatibility. Unknown fields are intended to be preserved, but Minecraft may change its formats or behaviour without notice. We may add, change or remove app features, catalogue data or compatibility support. External systems such as Files, the App Store, Minecraft and community links may be unavailable independently of us.

Third-party products and intellectual property

Minecraft, Microsoft, Mojang and their names, artwork and other assets belong to their respective owners. Plug Toolbox is an independent helper app and is not an official Minecraft product, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Microsoft or Mojang. Your use of Minecraft, Apple services, community sites and any add-ons remains subject to their separate terms. You must respect third-party copyright, trade marks and other rights.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains that core world editing is local, what the app stores on your device, and what happens if you choose an external support or community link.

Disclaimers and liability

We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. Because save formats, third-party software and user-selected edits can change, the app is otherwise provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, a particular gameplay result, or that every invalid edit can be detected.

To the extent permitted by law, Innovative Developers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unauthorised or prohibited use, or loss that you could reasonably have avoided by following an in-app warning or keeping a backup. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Suspension or termination

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms, subject to any notice or remedy required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app, law or third-party requirements change; the updated page will show a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where law requires it.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory protections or courts available to consumers in their home country. If there is a dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also have access to a local consumer-protection body, alternative dispute-resolution service or court.
